Registration for Metro United winter indoor training will be available on November 1st.
Metro United winter indoor training is open to all K-11th grade home-schooled soccer players. The sessions consist of soccer fundamentals, techniques, and scrimmaging. The trainings take place at the Braemar Dome in Edina for 10 weeks on Fridays from
January-March. Please note: the 6th-11th grade girls training will be at an earlier time (12:00-1:30pm) than last year in order to accommodate more players. If you have a 12th grade player interested in participating in winter training, please register them for the 12th grade waitlist and if space is available we will allow them to participate.
K-5th Graders
Players are separated into age/skill level groups. The training session consists of 60 minutes of technical skills and scrimmaging. The youngest group will also include playtime/games that incorporate soccer skills. Players will be separated by age and skill level.

Time: 12:30-1:30 pm
When: Fridays, Jan 17th - March 21st (10 weeks)

6th-11th Graders
The training session consists of training and scrimmaging. Players are divided into training groups focusing on soccer fundamentals, techniques, and tactics. (NOTE: Groups will be separated by age and skill level.)
Who: 6th-11th grade Homeschool students

Boys Training Time: 1:30-3:00pm
